Baron de Seillac Brut Blanc de Blancs NV
Pale yellow color with green glints; complex nose with a bouquet of lemon, grapefruit, peaches, and small white flowers. Fresh flavors with a fine mousse. A harmonious wine with good persistence. A blend of Ugni-Blanc  and Colombard.

Laudun Chusclan AOC Côtes du Rhône Les Costes Nobles Terres White 2015
Expressive, elegant nose with fruit and floral aromas. Fresh and complex, this is an ideal wine to pair with vegetables, fish, and cream sauces. 45% Grenache Blanc, 25% Ugni Blanc, 15% Clairette Blanche, 10% Roussanne / Marsanne, 5 % Bourboulenc.

Chateau Capdet Cru Bourgeois AOC Listrac Medoc 2009
Fragrances of ripe red fruit but also a wealth of other nuances, such as Balsam, leather, and licorice, plus a range of spicy aromas such as Vanilla, or toasty scents acquired from aging in oak. 56 % Merlot, 42 % Cabernet Sauvignon,2 % Petit Verdot.

Mont Reaga Tempo 2013
Dark red with garnet hues. Intense and clean aromas with notes of berries and an earthy touch. Beautiful red fruit flavors with oak accents, a touch of licorice, paprika and thyme. A velvety mouth-feel complements the smooth and pleasant palate. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah.

Eagle Harbor Condor 2013
This Bordeaux style blend has a smoky nose with hints of tar and tobacco. Flavors of tart black plum, cassis, and vanilla are accompanied by an earthy undertone. This wine is delicious now, but will really shine after a few years in your cellar. Drink now through 2025. Condor is a blend of 40% Merlot and 60% Cabernet Sauvignon from Dwelley Farm Vineyards in Walla Walla.

Dulce Vengaza Late Harvest Chardonnay (Organic, Biodynamic, Vegan)
Intense aromas of ripe fruit, honey, and orange peel. A perfect balance between sweetness and acidity with a long and pleasant finish. An ideal accompaniment to pate, desserts, and patisseries. A great finish to any meal.
