Casa Larga Chard-Riesling – This delicious un-oaked white wine displays the characteristic green apple notes of Riesling accented by tropical fruit notes and the rich, full body of Chardonnay. With just a touch of sweetness, it is an ideal complement to spicy foods, particularly Southeast Asian cuisines.
Kiona Estate Red Mountain Merlot – Washington Merlots, especially those from Red Mountain, tend to be bigger and richer than those from other regions, and this is an excellent example. Medium bodied with a dark core of black cherry fruit, juicy and plush, with a cedary spray of tannins.
Mont Reaga Tempo – Dark red with garnet hues. Intense and clean aromas with notes of berries and a touch of earth are followed by rich oak accented red fruit flavors highlighted by a touch of licorice, paprika, and thyme. A wine for every occasion. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah.
Eagle Harbor Raptor – A Bordeaux style red blend containing equal amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc enhanced by a small amount of Petit Verdot. Black raspberry, cassis, dark plum, graphite aromas with a hint of chocolate. Big, but not heavy with black fruit flavors, moderately high tannins, and a satisfyingly long finish.
Mont Reaga Fata Morgana Late Harvest Merlot – Dark… mysterious… enchanting… Mont Reaga Fata Morgana Late is an experience unto itself. Intense, sweet and floral nose delivering aromas of quince, dried figs, raisins, blueberries and chocolate. Full-bodied with a rich, lush texture and just the right amount of sweetness, it is a perfect pairing for foods such as cheese, foie gras, and chocolate. Serve lightly chilled (55ºF).
